Return Process

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed and with all CAVA branding tags attached, then pack it securely in the original packaging.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours of your request to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse team verifies the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange size within 5 business days.
